About the bride

Well, if you're looking at this, you probably already know quite a bit about me. But... My name is Jamie. I'm a senior at the University of Toledo Medical Center, and by the grace of God I will graduate this May with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing... two months before the wedding. It's going to be a hectic summer, that's for sure! I'm a fun loving, laid back, empathetic girl. I love to cook & bake. Some of my best friends know me as Miss Paula Dean... but, I think that's just because they like free food. =) I'm a country girl and a daddy's girl at heart, and it'll always be that way. I believe my dad actually called Randy a bonehead when he asked for my hand in marriage. And... that's me in a nutshell.

About the groom

Randy is a hardworking, fun loving, truck loving country boy. He was raised in Rudolph, Ohio, where we will be getting married. His heart beats to the sound of a revving motor. He graduated in last May with a degree in Auto Body Repair. He's undecided in what he wants to do with his career, so for now he's working 10-12 hours days six days a week at Pioneer Packing. He has an amazing family, two brothers, two sisters and he's the middle child. He's definitely a dreamer, and has some crazy inventions, but I can tell you honestly, there is NEVER a dull moment with this boy. <3

How we met

Ohh goodness. We both worked at McDonalds together, but I had never really noticed him for a couple months... not quite sure how that happened because he kind of stands out in the crowd. =) He really rattled my brain when we met. It wasn't love at first sight, that's for sure. I was so annoyed with him, but his smile and laugh simply made me just melt. It was kind of one of those 4th grade things where the boy keeps pulling the girls piggy tails and she falls deeply in love with that crazy, wild eyed boy.... yep that's us. I crushed on him pretty bad for a while, and eventually he asked me out on a date. Our first date, we went to a movie and a party. It was definitely a night I will never forget.
